We review every request and get back to you to set up a time for your estimate, usually within one business day. If we need photos or a few details about the project first, we will ask then, so the visit itself is quick and useful.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
For interior work, yes, so we can walk the rooms with you and talk through colors and repairs. For exterior work we can often look at the walls on our own, then go over the written estimate with you by phone or email afterward.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The visit and the written estimate are free, with no obligation. You get a price broken out line by line, the repairs we recommend and a schedule, so you can compare it with other bids and decide in your own time.
